Men's golf completes first two rounds at WHAC Championship

(Bedford, Mich.) The WHAC Men's Golf Championship commenced on Monday afternoon at Bedford Valley Country Club. The Cardinals participated in the event along with eleven other member institutions. The championship featured 36 holes the first round with the teams completing the final round on Tuesday. After two rounds the Cardinals stand in ninth place overall with a total score of 666.

 

The Cardinals posted round totals of 335 and 331 respectively. Dalton Stiegler paced the Cardinals posting a 165 with round of 83 and 82. Joshua Line and Nick Althouse were a stroke behind Stiegler with a 166. Will Hieber posted his season low with a 79 in the second round. His 79 was also a daily low for the Cardinals as he went on to record a 169. Zach Burk rounded out the Cardinals scoring with a 183.

 

The Cardinals will return on Tuesday for the final round.
