2019: Hannah ran in six meets during her sophomore season with her top time taking place at the WHAC Championships (21:11.1).

2018: Jeffress competed in five meets in her freshman campaign with her best time coming in at 19:25.4 at the Calvin Invite which puts her at fifth all time in Concordia's record books. Her top finish was at the Louisville Classic where she placed 20th with a 19:47.8 time.

Personal: Hannah is the daughter of Conway and Tara Jeffress and has three siblings; Chaz, Curtis, and Emily Smith.
