2019: Liz ran in all seven meets for the Cardinals with her top 5k time coming at the Lansing Invitational with a 25:30.6 finish. Larsen was named to the WHAC All-Academic team in 2019.

2018: Larsen ran in six meets in 2018, including the Seminole Valley Stampede where she recorded her 25:03.7 PR. She was also named to the WHAC All-Academic team and Champions of Character team.
