Head Women's Softball Coach
Concordia University invites applications for the position of Head Women's Softball Coach. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, overall management of the women's softball team including, coaching, recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes, scheduling, and budget management, travel arrangements, scholarship management and supervision of assistant coaches. The candidate will also be assigned other duties as related to experience, qualifications or departmental needs.
Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree. The candidate must also display a substantial background in the sport of softball, and softball coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level with a demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of the sport including rules, regulations, training and strategy. The candidate must also demonstrate knowledge of NAIA rules and have a firm commitment to strong, liberal arts, Christian education.
Salary: Commensurate with experience.
