(Ann Arbor, MI)--Concordia University finally has a football team. After many years of talk and waiting, the inaugural football program has begun at Concordia University. The football team took the practice field for the first time on August 13th with around 50 young men to start the first season.
The Cardinals are in the middle of two-a-day practices preparing for the first scrimmage in program history on Saturday August 28th at Kalamazoo College. Concordia will host the first ever "home" football game on Saturday September 11th at Ann Arbor Huron High School.
