(March 7, 2010 - Ann Arbor, Mich.) -- The Concordia men's basketball team picked up their first commitment for the incoming Fall 2010 semester when they signed Andrew Patrick of Goodrich High School. Patrick, a four-year member of the varsity program, is averaging 17 points and six assists for the Martians, currently the #6 team in the Associated Press state Class B poll.

"Andrew sees the floor extremely well in the open court and can finish in the lane," said head men's basketball coach Ben Limback. "Playing on one of the best Class B teams in the state, he understands what it takes to win. He is a leader with Christian morals and makes his teammates better. We're excited about his future and the impact he'll have on our program."
