(February 19, 2009 - Ann Arbor, Mich.) -- The Concordia men's basketball program is porud to announce the return of the Sunday Night Youth Basketball League (SNYBL) for another exciting year of development and fun on the hardwood for boys in the fourth through sixth grades. This year the League will begin on March 29 and run through May 3 (with the lone day off being April 12 - Easter Sunday).
Interested players can expect to be evaluated on the first night by the Cardinal coaching staff with each week thereafter featuring a team practice and two League games. The final evening will feature the League tournament.
The cost is $75 per player and each participant will receive a League shirt, the chance to play in eight League games and have the opportunity to learn team play and develop their skills in a Christian atmosphere.
The sessions will run each week from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
