New Cardinal Chelsea Anderson
(May 10, 2008 - Ann Arbor, Mich.) -- Concordia volleyball coach Dan Kirchhoff continues to add depth to his roster for this coming fall as the three-year skipper looks to move into the upper echelon of the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference standings. Kirchhoff announced today that the Cardinals have signed Chelsea Anderson, a setter and defensive specialist from Washtenaw Christian Academy.
"Chelsea is a very athletic player with a strong work ethic and she will help us with the depth at both the setter and defensive specialist positions," Kirchhoff said.
Anderson finished her senior season with 441 assists, 200 digs, 82 aces, 40 kills and 10 blocks. In each category she built upon a strong junior season for WCA.
