(Ann Arbor, MI) A two-win week lifted Concordia women's basketball (18-10, 11-9 WHAC) back from seventh place to fourth place in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference standings. The Cardinals stifled Marygrove, 68-39 on the 8th and then redeemed an earlier loss to Aquinas with a 72-60 game on Senior Day.
Now in the final week of the regular season, the team can take full possession of fourth place with a victory over Lawrence Tech on Wednesday. Also still in the mix for seeding is Madonna University who the Cardinals will go on the road to faceoff with on Saturday. See the WHAC homepage for complete conference standings.
